Local Recruitment Services:We recruit and provide local talents to company ranging from unskilled workers to executive and managerial level based on our client needs.

Foreign Recruitment Services: We work closely with our partners worldwide to recruit and to provide the best foreign talents from around the world due to the talent pool of certain industries in Singapore is limited. We will conduct screening of worker and conduct a thoroughly interview before sending to clients for selection. Once the documentation and application was done successfully, we will also take care on the after sales and will be responsible should any problem happen.

Recruitment Process

Requirement Gathering

1) Understanding the required job opening criteria. 2) UFor eg. Job Scope, environment , special skills needed and etc. 3) Getting a mutual understanding on the job package between employer , worker and employment personnel.

First level Screening

1) Video/Phone interview will be conducted by our experienced staff during the selection. 2) Job requirement and job scope will be brief to candidate. 3) Suitable candidate will be shortlisted for the next level , employer interview.

Second level Screening

1) Employer together with the presence of EA will conduct a video interview on the selected candidate. 2) Detailed job description will be given by employer and written or spoken test might be given to candidate to examined the experience of the candidate.

Finalization

1) Summary of the overall job package will be send to employer and candidate for documentation purpose. 2) Authorization from employer to EA to proceed wit the candidate permit application. 3) Purchasing of the Security Bond, medical check-up arrangement and insurance will kick in. 4) Purchasing of flight tickets for worker to Singapore.

1) Understanding the reason for termination from employer. 2) Communicate to the worker involved.

1) Getting the final decision from employer for termination.

1) Submitting the cancellation request via MOM.

1) Flight ticket arrangement for the disembarkation of the worker. 2) Ensuring the disembarkation of the worker at the airport. 3) Collection of the work pass to return to MOM.
